Starting therapy, or bringing your child to it, can feel like a big step.
Reaching out often comes after a long stretch of trying to manage things on your own or watching your child struggle and not being sure how to help.
You or your child may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, or unsure how to move forward.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
I work with kids, teens, and the parents trying to help them.
Children and teens are the heart of my practice. I help younger clients build emotional awareness, develop coping skills, and feel safe in their own internal experience, using developmentally appropriate strategies that help them express what they’re feeling and learn to regulate it.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life transitions. As a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, I help kids and families understand how attention and focus work, and what genuinely helps.
And I work closely with parents, because a child’s progress rarely happens in the therapy room alone. When it helps, I bring the family in, so the support extends to home.
A space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
At the core of my work is the belief that people grow when they feel genuinely seen. I focus on building a relationship where you, or your child, don’t have to filter your thoughts or hold things in.
From that foundation, we can explore what’s going on with curiosity instead of pressure and start creating meaningful change.
Practical, personalized therapy that meets you where you are.
I blend CBT, interpersonal, and attachment-informed care with somatic work, because healing isn’t only cognitive. The body has to feel safe, too.
I tailor each session to the person in front of me, whether that’s an anxious ten-year-old, a teenager in a hard season, or a parent trying to hold it all together.
The work is collaborative and grounded in real life, so what we talk about in session becomes something you can use outside of it.
Helping you understand patterns and build new ways forward.
Together, we look at the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that shape how you respond to the world. You’ll begin to recognize patterns that have been keeping you stuck and develop tools to shift them.
Over time, this leads to stronger emotional awareness, more effective coping, and a greater sense of stability.
I also work with women navigating their own transitions.
Alongside my work with kids and families, I support women moving through change – in identity, relationships, or season of life – who want a thoughtful space to make sense of it and move forward with more clarity.
I’m here to support you. Just reach out.
Whether it’s you or your child who’s struggling, you don’t have to make sense of it alone.
Therapy is a place to understand what’s really going on, build the skills to handle it, and feel steadier in it – for your kid, and for you.
The first step is usually the hardest. We’ll take it with you.
